Parents learn ABC of Camping with Scouts

Parents joined the Scouts late September for one last camp of the year and learn how to; Abseil, Brand and Cook as well as doing loads of other team building activities.   They planned their menus, prepared for a Scouts Own and had a huge amount of fun playing on the Human Football table in the dark, learning how to do lashings and building a chariot to race.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
