Why do we need to raise funds?
The 11th Ipswich Scout Group is not sponsored or financially supported by any other body or authority. It is self running and needs to pay all of the costs associated with the running and maintenance of its headquarters, vehicles and equipment.
How do we raise our funds?
We have a programme of fund raising and social events throughout the year. These range from a Christmas fayre to a Quiz evening and from our Fireworks display in Christchurch park to a St Valentines Dance.
How can you help?
Come along and support as many of our events as you can, they are all great fun too.
They are organised by small groups of people for each event so that the work is shared. They need to be fun to organise in order to be successful. If you would like to help arrange one of these or a new event please contact us.
